I acquired invaluable skills and explored contemporary practises of which I’m continuing to develop further at Whittam Cox Architects today.

I’ve been an Interior Designer at Whittam Cox Architects for a year and a half undertaking an array of exciting projects in the hospitality and commercial sector. Shortly before this I completed my Interior Architecture and Design Course at Sheffield Hallam University including a sandwich year on placement. In-between designing, you’ll find me spending my lunch breaks running in the office’s surrounding countryside or partaking in the practice’s netball team. Similarly, my weekends are spent on our doorstep in the picturesque Peak District whether that’s running or hiking. However, my love for the outdoors doesn’t stop there as I’m also passionate about sustainability which is a rising focus across the design industry too. I’m in a position where I can make a conscious effort to choose more sustainable options to progress towards regenerative design. Being passionate about design and the environment go hand in hand and means I can do my part in both.
