Promoting well-being through social interaction.

I have just completed my Part II at the University of Nottingham and expect to stay on to complete my Part III next year. I plan to do lots of travelling over the summer and enjoy the break away from studying. I enjoy technical detailing, visualisation and modern architecture. I aspire to, one day, get involved in property development. I am currently working on Brent Cross plot 13.

The digitisation of many industries has allowed for remote work which has been put to the ultimate test during Covid-19, with virtually every workplace relying on this type of work. The way we work has evolved and so should the workplace; we no longer need to commute to work. WFH has shown issues associated with a lack of social interaction, leading to isolation and an overall negative impact on a person's well-being. The proposal aims to address this by creating a new co-working space as a social destination focused on exhibition, collaboration, co-working and leisure.
